Terry Whitehead is the Founder and Principal of Elev8Exec Coaching. He is also co-founder and Managing Partner of Alexander Whitehead Executive Search, a Vancouver-based firm specializing in executive search assignments in the private and public sectors.
Throughout his 30-year career, Terry has worked for organizations of all sizes and dynamics, including large public-traded enterprises and regional not-for-profit organizations. As a search professional, he has successfully concluded hundreds of senior management, executive, and board director placements across multiple industries. He has also counseled C-Suite Executives and board directors on executive development. Terry has also established or contributed to the successful establishment of four start-up companies.
Terry obtained his Certified Executive Coach (CEC) accreditation as an executive coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a graduate of both Lethbridge College and the University of Lethbridge where he currently serves as Chancellor.

As a search professional, he has successfully concluded hundreds of senior management and executive placements across multiple industries. He has counseled C-Suite executives and Board Directors on executive development. Terry has also established or contributed to the successful establishment of four start-up companies.
Terry has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. This program is an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also a graduate of the University of Lethbridge and Lethbridge College where he was captain of the men’s basketball team. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the University of Lethbridge and on the Board of Directors for the Vancouver Writers Fest.
