Process

The coaching partnership is typically contracted over a nine to 12-month period in one of two ways:

Organization

On behalf of a high potential executive (the Client), the organization contracts with Elev8Exec to complete the following steps:

  • Initial meeting with the Client and organization to discuss the process and timeline

  • Collect information through Client Intake Form and optional 360° interviews

  • Review Client Intake Form and interview feedback

  • Determine and agree upon objectives

  • Coach and benchmark progress

  • Create and implement Development Plan

  • Report on results with internal sponsor (typically the Client’s supervisor or HR)

Individual

A coaching partnership is often initiated directly between the executive and Elev8Exec. In this process, the Client completes the Client Intake Form to establish the initial agenda for the coaching partnership. No 360° interview is required.

Confidentiality

All conversations between the Coach and Client are private and confidential. Terry is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and his designation is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Terry adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics and its confidentiality policy, which can be found here.

When an organization is sponsoring a coaching engagement, the coaching process and development plans are shared with the organization’s internal sponsor (e.g. Human Resources or senior manager); however, the content of each coaching conversation remains confidential between Terry and the Client.
